In this study models using non-linear dynamic system approach are developed to explain the effect of emotional behaviors on decision processes. In order to verify the designed models addiction development phenomenon, which is one of the processes where emotional behaviors are effective, is used and it is demonstrated that the model correctly simulates the nicotine addiction stages. In this model, molecular to systems level modelling approaches are integrated. In another biophysically plausible designed model conductance based neuron models are used in a dynamic system to realize different firing patterns of a neuron. The results obtained from these computational models are coherent with the peers from scientific literature and these models can be used to explain different types of addictive behaviors.
