Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, ozon tabakasına zarar vermeyen ve yeni soğutucularla birlikte çalışan, kaplamalı kompresör yatak malzemeleri geliştirilmesidir. Çalışmada, yatak malzemeleri üzerine PVD manyetik püskürtme yöntemi ile molibden disülfat (MoS2) kaplanmış ve kaplama parametrelerinin aşınma davranışı üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. İşlemsiz sinter çelik ve buhar işlemli sinter çelik malzemeler ilk olarak kaplamasız, daha sonra manganfosfat ve molibden disülfat kaplanarak test edilmiştir. Molibden disülfat kaplama ile kullanılacak en uygun taban malzemesi belirlenmesi amacıyla çizik testleri yapılmıştır. Aşınma deneyleri disk üzerinde pim deney düzeneğinde, piston pim malzemelerine karşı gerçekleştirilmiştir. R600a ortamında sınır yağlı gerçekleştirilen test sonuçlarına göre, mangan fosfat kaplamaların yerine molibden disülfat kaplanmış buhar işlemsiz sinter malzemeler kullanıldığında tüm kompresör sisteminin kullanım ömürleri artmaktadır.
The aim of this study is to develop the compressor bearing materials with new coatings that are compatible with new ozone-friendly refrigerants. In this study, the molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) coatings were coated on bearing materials with PVD magnetron sputtering technique and the coating parameters of PVD method on the wear characteristics of MoS2 coatings were examined. First of all, uncoated sintered steels and steam treated sintered steels were tested, after than these steels were coated with molybdenum disulphide and manganese phosphate coatings. The scratch test were conducted to select the best substrate material. The wear tests were carried out against piston pin materials with pin-on-disk tribometer tester. The test results conducted in R600a and starved lubrication conditions, showed that, when none steam treated sintered steel surface were coated with molybdenum disulphide coatings, instead of manganesephosphate coatings, the system’s lifetime is extended.
