Yüksek Hızlı Gemi İşletmeciliğine Kalite Ve Emniyet Yönetimi Sistemleri Entegrasyonu

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, hızlı gemi işletmeciliği yapan İstanbul Deniz Otobüsleri’nde ayrı uygulanan Kalite Yönetim Sistemi ve Emniyetli Yönetim Sistemleri birleştirilerek, entegre bir Yönetim Sistemi oluşturuldu. Gemi seyir emniyeti ile ilgili standartlar ve uluslararası kuruluşlar kısaca tanıtıldı. ISO 9001:2000 ve ISM KOD kuralları ve gereklilikleri anlatıldı. Her iki kuralında ortak yönleri vurgulandı. Şirket bünyesi içinde bulunan ve iki ayrı sistem olarak yürütülen Kalite Yönetim Sistemi ve Emniyetli Yönetim Sisteminin prosedür yapıları ve eksik yönleri anlatıldı. İstanbul Deniz Otobüsleri için, hem gemilerin seyir güvenliği, denizde can ve mal güvenliğinin sağlanması ve gemilerden kaynaklanabilecek kirliliğin engellenmesi işlemlerini önlemeyi amaçlayan hem de kalite ve müşteri memnuniyetini sağlayan ISO 9001:2000 ve ISM KOD gerekliliklerini karşılayan bir Entegre Yönetim Sistemi oluşturuldu.In this study, we integrated the separately conducted Quality Management System and Safety Management System of the Istanbul Sea Bus Company (IDO), which is a high-speed maritime company. The standards of the ship sailing safety and the international organizations were described briefly. The regulations and requirements of the ISO 9001:2000and ISM CODE were presented. The common features of both regulation systems were emphasized. The structure and the shortages of the separately conducted Quality Management System (QMS) and Safety Management System (SMS) of the Istanbul Sea Bus Company were described. We established an Integrated Management System for Istanbul Sea Bus Company (IDO) to fulfill the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000and ISM CODE and customer expectation of satisfaction, to provide maritime security and safety of navigation and to prevent the possible pollutions from the managed.
