Özet
Bu tez çalışması kapsamında hem kimya hem de polimer bilimi açısından değerli malzemeler olan bis fenol mono tiyofen ve bis fenol ditiyofen bileşiklerinin sentezi gerçekleştirildi. Bunun için ilk önce tiyofen α konumundan tributil kalay klorür ile reaksiyona sokularak organo kalay türevine dönüştürüldü. Daha sonraki aşamalarda organo kalay bileşiği p-bromo anisol ile paladyum(0) katalizatörlüğünde stille coupling reaksiyonu gerçekleştirildi. Sonraki aşamada sentezi gerçekleştirilen 2-(4-metoksi fenil) tiyofen ilk önce kalay türevine dönüştürüldü ve sonra p-bromo anisol ile paladyum(0) katalizatörlüğünde stille copling reaksiyonu gerçekleştirilerek 2,5bis(4-metoksi fenil) tiyofen sentezi tamamlandı. Tez çalışmamızın ikinci aşamasında N- bromsüksinimid ile reaksiyona sokularak tiyofenin 5 pozisyonundan bromlanan 2-(4-metoksi fenil) tiyofen daha önce sentezi gerçekleştirilen kalay türevi ile reaksiyona sokularak 2,5` bis(4-metoksi fenil) ditiyofen sentezi tamamlandı. Çalışmamızın son aşamasında sentezi gerçekleştirilen metoksi türevleri piridin hidroklorür ile reaksiyona sokularak bis fenol mono tiyofen ve bis fenol ditiyofenin sentezleri gerçekleştirilmiş oldu.
In this study bis phenol mono thiophen and bis fenol dithiophen that are very important material for both chemistry and polimer science were synthesized. In first step thiophen was converted its tin derivative by treated with tributyltinchloride. After converting thiophen to its tin derivative, its treated stille coupling reaction, with p – bromo anisole, under catalyst of palladium(0) to obtain 2–(4–methoxyphenyl) thiophen. After this reaction 2–(4– methoxyphenil) thiophen was converted to its tin derivative at C(5) position and treated stille coupling reaction with p-bromoanisole under caytalyst of palladium(0) to obtain 2,5 bis(4-methoxyphenil) thiophen. For synthesize of bisphenol dithiophen, 2 – (4 – methoxyphenil) thiophen that is synthesize before, treated with NBS to bromined C(5) position of thiophen And its treated with 2 – (4 – methoxyphenil) 5 – tributiltin thiophen which is synthesized in synthesis of mono bisphenol thiophen, under catalyst of palladium(0) for stille coupling reaction to obtain 2,5` bis(4 methoxyphenil) dithiophen. This study was concluded with, converting existing methoxy derivatives to bis phenol form by treated with pyridine hydrochloride.
