İnşaat Tedarik Zinciri Yönetimi

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında, tedarik zinciri ve yönetimi, inşaat proje yönetimi, inşaat tedarik zinciri ve yönetimi ele alınmıştır. Tedarik zinciri kavramı genellikle üretim endüstrisinde tanımlanır. Yaklaşık son 20 yıldır tedarik zinciri yönetimi konusunda bilimsel çok fazla çalışma yapılmıştır. Şirketler, etkin bir tedarik zinciri yönetimi ile rekabet güçlerini arttırmaktadırlar. İnşaat sektöründe maliyet azaltma, kaliteyi yükseltme ve son ürünün müşteriye teslimine kadar olan tüm süreçlerin geliştirilmesi hedefleri, şirketleri tedarik zinciri yönetime yöneltmiştir. İnşaat tedarik zinciri yönetimi oldukça yenidir ve gelişmeye açıktır. Alışveriş merkezi altyapı projesi tedarik zinciri açısından incelenmiştir. Projenin iş akışı, sahada imalat akışı ve tedarik akışı anlatılmıştır. Yanı sıra, kurumsal kaynak planlama ile proje yönetimi incelenmiştir. Son olarak, Önerilen Entegre Proje Yönetim Sistemi yapısı ve süreçleri ayrıntılı olarak anlatılmıştır.In this thesis, supply chain and management, construction project management and construction supply chain and management are discussed. The concept of supply chain is generally defined in manufacturing industry. Supply chain management has been studied much as scientific for last 20 years. Companies increase their power of competition by means of an effective supply chain management. Because of the objectives of cost decreasing, quality development and development of the whole processes to deliver product to final customer in construction, companies have been lead to supply chain management. Construction supply chain management is relatively new and developed. A infrastructure project of shopping centers construction is examined in the view of supply chain. Business flow, job site flow and supply flow of the project are presented. In addition, project management with enterprise resource planning (ERP) is examined. Finally, structure of proposed Integrated Project Management System and its processes are explained in detail.
