Tedarik Zinciri Yönetiminde Performans Değerlendirmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada tedarik zinciri yönetimi ve lojistik ile ilgili kavramsal açıklamalar, tedarik zinciri yönetiminde performans değerlendirmesi ve performans değerlendirme ile ilgili tekstil sektöründe bir Dengeli Performans Karnesi (Balanced Scorecard) uygulamasına yer verilmiştir. Dengeli Performans Karnesi, yönetim konusunda ortaya çıkan son yeniliklerden biridir. Bu sistem, Kaplan ve Norton tarafından geliştirilmiş ve 1996 tarihli ‘Dengeli Performans Karnesi’ adlı kitaplarında açıkladıkları bir stratejik kontrol aracıdır. American Accounting Derneği tarafından 1997 yılının en iyi teorik katkısı olarak kabul edilerek ödüllendirilmiştir. Dengeli Performans Karnesi, ABD ve AB ülkelerinde yaygın olarak kullanılan bir performans ölçme ve değerlendirme sistemidir. BSC, yöneticilere işlerine dört perspektiften bakabilme imkanı verir: Finansal Perspektif, Müşteri Perspektifi, İç Süreçler Perspektifi, Yenilik ve Öğrenme Perspektifi. Bu uygulama Türkiye’de gerçekleştirilen ilk 10 uygulamadan biridir ve üstelik tekstil sektöründe gerçekleştirilen ilk uygulama olarak literatüre geçmektedir.

In this study, conceptual explanations about supply chain management and logistics, performance evaluation in supply chain management and a Balanced Scorecard application about performance evaluation in textile sector have been taken in hand. The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is one of the latest innovations in management. It is a tool of strategic control developed by Kaplan and Norton and described in their book 1996 book ‘The Balanced Scorecard’. The book has been awarded a prize by the American Accounting Association with the justification that it was ‘the best theoretical contribution in 1997.’ The Balanced Scorecard is a performance measurement and evaluation system that has been used widely in USA ve EU companies. BSC allows managers to look at the business from four perspectives: Financial Perspective, Customer Perspective, Internal Perspective and Innovation and Learning Perspective. This application is the one that belongs to first ten applications in Turkey and took place in literature as the first application in textile sector in Turkey.
