Balanced Scorecard Kullanılarak Gıda Sektöründeki Erp Sistemleri Seçimi İçin Bulanık Ahp Tabanlı Karar Destek Sistemi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada gıda sektöründeki işletmelere ERP sistem değerlendirmesinde yardımcı olacak, uygun kriterlerin belirlendiği bir ERP sistem seçim modeli geliştirilmiştir. Şirketlerin ERP sistemlerini değerlendirirken sistematik bir değerlendirme modeli kullanmaları gerekmektedir. Karar vericilerin, işletme özelliklerini, rekabetçi pazardaki konumlarını ve kurumsal stratejilerini gösteren hedeflerini ve açık ihtiyaç listelerini oluşturmalıdırlar. Bu neden ile bu çalışmada SWOT analizinden ve Balanced Scorecard yönteminden faydalanılarak öncelikle şirketin ihtiyaçlarının tam olarak anlaşılması sağlanmış ve daha sonrasında ise belirlenen ihtiyaçları karşılayamayan ERP sistemleri elenmiştir. Balanced Scorecard yöntemi ile değerlendirme sürecinin işletmenin stratejilerine ve hedeflerine paralel olması garanti altına alındıktan sonra ise son bölümde önceden belirlenen sistem seçim kriterlerine göre bulanık AHP metodu kullanılarak bir değerlendirme yapılmış ve geliştirilen metod ile gıda şirketi için en uygun ERP sistemi belirlenmiştir.In this study ERP system selection model determining appropriate criteria’s is developed. This will help the food sector enterprises to judge the ERP system. The companies need to apply a systematic determining model determining ERP systems. Policy makers need to create their enterprise features, position in the competitive market and targets pointing out institutional strategies and their own requirement list. Therefore, in this study following up SWOT analysis and Balanced scorecard method, initially it is assured to comprehend fully the needs of the companies and afterwards the ERP systems that doesn’t satisfy the specified needs are eliminated. Once it is guaranteed by the balanced scorecard method that the assessment period to be parallel to the enterprises strategies and goals, in the last section previously determinated system is assessed via fuzzy AHP method in accordance with the selection criteria and the most convenient ERP system is determined for the food company via the improved method.
