Özet
Bu çalışmada, Bis (n-metil pirol 4,4´-dietil,2,2´ bitiyazol) (NMePyEBTNMePy) komonomeri stille kenetlenme reaksiyonu ile alternatif kopolimer elde etmek için sentezlenmiştir. Sentezlenen NMePyEBTNMePy komonomeri H-NMR ve ATR-FTIR spektrumları incelenerek karakterize edilmiştir. NMePyEBTNMePy komonomeri farklı şartlarda farklı yöntemlerle elektropolimerizasyonu gerçekleştirilmiş, elde edilen polimerler siklik voltametri, elektrokimyasal impedans yöntemleri ve ATR_FTIR spektrumları ile karakterize edilmiştir. Siklik voltametri ile polimerlerin redoks davranışları incelenirken, elektrokimyasal impedans yöntemi ile polimerlerin kapasitif özellikleri incelenmiştir. Ayrıca, polimerin eksi doplanma özellikleri incelenmiş, elde edilen polimerlerin hem artı hem eksi doplama özelliğine sahip olduğu gözlenmiştir. Bunların yanında, spektroelektrokimyasal ölçümlerle polimerlerin п→п* geçişi incelenmiş ve siklik voltametri ölçümleri ile bant aralığı değeri hesaplanmıştır. Elde edilen polimerlerin elektron alan ve veren grupları içermesi nedeniyle elektronik cihazlarda malzeme olarak kullanılabilir.
In this study, Bis(n-methyl pyrrole 4,4´-diethyl,2,2´ bithiazole) NMePyEBTNMePy comonomer was succesfully synthesis via Stille coupling reaction to obtain an alternating conductive polymer. Synthesise NMePyEBTNMePy was characterize with H-NMR and ATR-FTIR spectroscopies. NMePyEBTNMePy comonomer was electropolymerize in different conditions with different methods. Comonomer had been polymerized by different conditions with cyclic voltametry (CV) and chronoamperometry(CA) methods. Obtained polymers redox behaviour was investigated with CV and also capacitive properties were determined with EIS and ATR_FTIR spectrum. n-doping properties of comonomer had also studied and seen that obtained polymers had both n-doping and p-doping properties. With spectro electrochemical methods obtained polymers п→п* transition was investigated and from cyclic voltametry results, polymers band gap was calculated. Resulting conductive polymer has electron acceptor and donor groups. P(NMePyEBTNMePy) could be a appropriate material for electronic devices.
