Özet
Maliyeti oldukça pahalı olan veri setlerini tekrar tekrar oluşturmak yerine, mevcut bulunan kaynakları kullanan sistem geliştirilmiştir. Yapılan çalışmada özellikle gerek belediyelerde kullanılan CBS’ler, KBS leri ve bu sistemler için altlık olarak kullanılabilecek arazi kullanım paftalarındaki bilgilerin zenginleştirmesinin yanı sıra, coğrafi arama motorları için gerekli olan mekânsal veri setlerinin desteklenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Bu amaçla web sayfalarından elde edilen mekânsal veri setleri, yapılan tez çalışmasında çok amaçlı incelemeye alınmıştır. Mekânsal verilere erişiminin sağlanabilmesi için, öncelikle web sayfaları üzerinden derlenmesi ve mekânsal verilerin gazetterler yardımı ile tespit edilmesi gerekmektedir. Elde edilen bu bilgilerin doğruluğu, İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesinin adres bilgi sistemi verileri ile karşılaştırılacaktır. Ayrıca bina fonksiyonlarının da web içerik bilgisi sayesinde tespiti yapılacaktır. Tez çerçevesinde bu amaçla web madenciliği tekniklerinden faydalanılmıştır
Instead of acquiring and composing the datasets repeatedly, which is not cost effective; the methods which are based on administering the existing resources has drawn ahead. The local authorities, the private companies, sector of education and personal users are directly influenced by the alternations and improvement in data sharing and usage capabilities. Presently, the necessity of profitting from the opportunities of new technology became fatal for local and central authorities to maintain sustainable urban development. General information technology instruments are being implemented on purpose to meet the requirements of spatial related needs. In this study, the aim is to enrich the collectable information in the geographical information systems and address informaiton systems that are used in municipalities. Besides, supporting the spatial datasets which are requisites for spatial search engines is intended. For this purpose, the spatial data which are extracted from web pages are analysed for multi-dimensional investigation. To supply access to these data, first it have to be gathered and compiled over websites and spatial data have to be recognised by ontology based dictionary. The correction of attained data will be compared by the address information system of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. In addition to this, the building functions will be determined by web contents. In this context, the advantages of web mining technics will be taken.
