Özet
Yapılan bu çalışma iki parçadan oluşmaktadır. İlk parçada onarım ve güçlendirme konusunda ayrıntılı bilgiler verilmiştir. Bu parçada mevcut yapılarda oluşan hasarlar, onarım ve güçlendirme teknikleri ile beraber betonarme ve çelik elemanlar ile güçlendirme işleri hakkında bilgiler sunulmuştur. İkinci parçada ise yedi katlı betonarme bir konutun betonarme ve çelik elemanlarla güçlendirilmesi yapılmış ve hesap özetleri sunulmuştur. Daha sonra her iki sistemin maliyet analizleri karşılaştırılmıştır. Çalışmada betonarme-çelik karma sistemin davranış katsayısının elde edilmesi için elastoplastik analiz yapılmış ve gerekli hesaplar belirtilmiştir. Güçlendirme işlemi her iki sistem için kabul edilen dayanım kriterlerine uyacak şekilde yapılarak sonuç alınmasına gayret edilmiştir. Her iki güçlendirme sisteminin maliyet analizi yapılmış ve maliyet analizinin içeriği hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Bu analizler sonunda, yapı fonksiyonunun sürekli olması koşulu ve tümsel maliyetin düşük çıkması nedenleri ile çelik elemanlar ile takviyenin güçlendirme işleminde bazı uygulamalarda daha fizibil olduğu, bazılarında ise betonarme perde kullanılması hali kadar fizibil olduğu anlaşılmıştır.
The study done consists of two parts. In the first part, detailed information have been given on repair and retrofiting. Assesment of damages on existing structures together with their retrofiting by reinforced concrete and steel elements have also been presented in the same part. In the second part, the retrofitting of a seven story building by using either reinforced concrete or steel elements was performed and the summary of relevant calculations was presented. Then the cost analysises for both system was done and compared. The pushover analysis for the building was made and the seismic reduction factor of the structure was determined. In this study neccessary effort has been spent to get result for both systems in accordance with accepted strength criteries. The cost analysis for both system were conducted and their coverage was explained. As a result of these analysises, on the condition that the function of the structure is continues and the total cost becomes lower, retrofitting with steel elements has been found more feasibility in some applications and in some others has been almost at the same feasibility with that of reinforced cocrete shear walls.
