Özet
Bu çalismada, analog sistem tasariminda, özellikle filtreleme uygulamalarinda gereksinim duyulan elektriksel olarak ayarlanabilir yapilara alternatif olarak öngörülen, dört yeni dogrusal akim aynasi yapisi tanitilmis ve öngörülen bu yapilarin tasarimlari Pspice benzetim ortaminda yapilmistir. Bu yapilarin ayarlanabilirlik araligi, frekans cevabi ve dogrusallik gibi performans özelliklerini gösteren çesitli benzetimler yapilarak incelenmis ve elde edilen benzetim sonuçlari rapor olarak verilmistir. Benzetim sonuçlarina göre, öngörülen yeni ayarlanabilir dogrusal akim aynasi yapilari ile genis bir aralikta ayarlanabilirlik ve dogrusallik saglanmistir. Genis bir kullanim alani olan ayarlanabilir akim aynasi yapilarina uygulama olarak öngörülen akim aynasi yapilarindan biri kullanilarak, analog tasarimda yaygin olarak kullanilan elektriksel olarak kontrol edilebilir ikinci nesil akim tasiyici devresi tasarlanmis ve benzetimleri yapilarak sonuçlar incelenmistir.
In this study, the design of four new linear tunable current mirror structures which are proposed to be an alternative to the tunable devices desired in analog system design, especially in filtering applications, are done in the Pspice design environment. Variable simulations concerning the performance properties of the proposed structures, like the range of tuning, requeny response and the linearity, are done and evaluated results are reported. According to the simulation results, the new tunable current mirror structures satisfies high linearity and a wide range of tuning within a wide operation range. As an application to the tunable current mirror structures which have a wide area of use, an electrically controllable second generation current conveyor circuit, which is a commonly used active block in analog sytstem design, is designed by using one of the proposed tunable current mirror structures and simulated.
