Konut Morfolojisinin Kullanıcı Memnuniyeti Üzerindeki Etkilerinin Analizi

Abstract

Bu tez kapsamında, kullanıcının oturduğu konuttan memnun olmasının ne gibi değişkenlere bağlı olduğu ve konutta kaliteden ne anlaşılması gerektiği ayrıntılı bir biçimde araştırıldıktan sonra, kullanıcı memnuniyetinin konut morfolojisi ile ilişkisi irdelenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçların bundan sonra üretilecek konutların tasarım aşamasında veri olarak kullanılabileceği, böylece tasarlanan konutların kullanıcı gereksinimlerine daha fazla cevap vereceği düşünülmektedir. Çalışmanın ilk aşamasına, konutlarda kullanıcı ihtiyaçları ve memnuniyeti, konut kalitesi ve değerlendirmesi, konutlarda morfolojik analiz, örneklem yaklaşımları konuları literatürden örneklerle anlatılmıştır. Sonraki aşamada ise kullanıcı memnuniyetini etkileyen parametrelerin bir listesi oluşturulmuş ve bir anket hazırlanarak örneklemi oluşturan konutlara uygulanmıştır. Bilgisayar ortamında bu parametreler, analiz sonuçları ve kullanıcı memnuniyetine ilişkin anket sonuçları değerlendirilip yorumlanmıştır. Sonuçta ise, kullanıcı memnuniyetini etkilediği bilinen çevre bina, konut ve kullanıcı ile ilgili parametreler gibi konutun morfolojik özelliklerinin de kullanıcı memnuniyetiyle açık bir ilişkisinin olduğu görülmüştür.

In the scope of this study, after the parameters which are related to user satisfaction are searched in detail, the relationship between user satisfaction and housing morphology is examined. It is thought that, the results of this study can be used as datum during the stage of designing new houses, so that, the dwelling units can answer the needs of the user more successfully. İn the first stage of the study, the needs and satisfaction of the resident, housing quality and its evaluation , morphological analysis in dwellings, sampling methods subjects are explained. In the following stage, a list of the parameters that effect the user satisfaction is prepared to apply on the dwelling samples that have been selected. These parameters, results of the analysis and the questionnaire’s results are then evaluated via computer and interpreted. As a result, like other parameters that effect the user satisfaction, it is found that housing morphology and the user satisfaction have a clear relationship.
