| dc.description.abstract | Üniversitesi : İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi Enstitüsü : Fen Bilimleri Anabilim Dalı: Endüstri Mühendisliği Programı : Mühendislik Yönetimi Tez Danışmanı: Prof. Dr. Seçkin POLAT Tez Türü ve Tarihi: Yüksek Lisans –Ocak 2009 ÖZET STRATEJİK KARARLARIN PERFORMANSA ETKİSİNİN ANALİZİ Devran DÖNMEZ Bu çalışmada, stratejik kararların ve stratejik kararlar sonucu oluşan şirket iştirak yapısı ve ürün çeşitlendirmenin şirket performansı üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. Çalışmada üç ayrı inceleme bulunmaktadır. İlk bölümde şirketin iştirak yapısı ve iştirak ürün çeşitlendirmesinin müşterek olarak şirket performansına etkisi incelenmiş ve performans ölçütü olarak satışlar ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde stratejik kararların şirket yetenek ve kaynaklarına etkisine göre performansa etkisi incelenmiştir. Bu incelemedeki performans ölçütü CAR (Kümülatif Anormal Getiri) değerleridir. Üçüncü bölümde ise stratejik kararların birbirlerini etkileme derecelerine göre şirket performansıma olan etkisi incelenmiştir. Performans ölçütü olarak yine CAR değerleri kullanılmıştır. | dc.description.abstract | University : İstanbul Technical University Institute : Institute of Science and Technology Science Programme: Industrial Engineering Programme : Engineering Management Supervisor : Prof. Dr. Seçkin POLAT Degree Awarded and Date : MSc. – January 2009 ABSTRACT THE ANALYSE OF STRATEGIC DECISIONS’ EFFECT TO PERFORMANCE Devran DÖNMEZ In this study, effect of strategic decisions and partnership structure and product differentiation as the consequenses of strategic decisions to performance is analysed. There are three analysis in the study. In the first section, as the result of the firms’ strategic decisions, partnership structure and product differentiation’s influence to the firms’ performance is analyzed. And measurement of performance is sales. In the second section, influence of strategic decisions which are classified according to influence to firms’ competence and resources, to firms’ performance is analyzed. And measurement of performance is CAR (Cumulative Abnormal Return) values. In the third section, relation between influence degree of strategic decisions to each other and performance of these strategic decisions is analyzed. And measurement of performance is again CAR values. Influence degrees of strategic decisions are determined by the method of MICMAC.
