İnşaat Proje Yönetim Sistemi Uygulama Yeterliliğini Belirleme Modeli Ve Bir Uygulama Örneği

Abstract

İnşaat yönetimine özgün sorunların, nasıl ele alınıp çözülebileceğinin anahtarlarını veren “İnşaat Proje Yönetim Sistemi”, artık sektörde varlıklarını sürdürmeyi ve başarılı projelere imza atmayı hedefleyen firmalar için bir zorunluluk haline gelmiştir. Yazar, bu çalışmada sektör için zorunluluk haline gelen İnşaat Proje Yönetim Sistemi’nin, sektörde yer alan firmalarda uygulama yeterliliğini belirlemek üzere bir model geliştirmiş ve inşaat sektöründe edindiği tecrübelere dayanarak, modeli bir inşaat firmasında uygulayarak örneklemiştir. Geliştirilen, inşaat proje yönetim sisteminin uygulama yeterliliğini belirleme modelinde, firmaların, her bir proje evresinde ilgili kategorilerin gerekliliklerinin ne ölçüde uyguladıkları irdelenerek, değerlendirilen inşaat firmalarının, inşaat proje yönetim sistemi açısından bulundukları durumun ortaya konulması, firmanın, inşaat proje yönetim uygulamaları açısından yetersiz kaldığı alanların belirlenmesi ve bu şekilde firmaların, inşaat proje yönetim sistemi açısından sayısal olarak objektif bir kriterde değerlendirilmesi sağlanmıştır.

“Construction Project Management System” which provides the keys to management in considering and solving the problems specific to construction, has now become a must for the firms which aim to survive in the sector and sign successful projects. The writer has, in this study, developed a model to designate the practical adequacy of the Construction Project Management System, which has become a must for the sector, in the firms that take place in the sector and relying on her experiences in the construction sector has illustrated the model by applying it in a construction firm. In the developed model which determines the application adequacy of the construction project management system, by investigating thoroughly the extent the firms have applied the obligations of the relative categories in every phase of the project, bringing forth the state of the evaluated construction firms with respect to the project management system, determining the areas in which the firms are inadequate with respect to applications of project management and thus the evaluation of the firms by numerical objective criteria from the point of view of the construction project management system was provided.
