Prefabrike Betonarme Panolu Yapıların Teşkili, Tasarımı Ve Maliyet Analizi

Abstract

Büyük üretim taleplerinin karşılanmasında ekonomik ve kaliteli sonuçlar veren panel sistemler bu tezde ele alınmakta ve tanıtılmaktadır. Ayrıca bu çalışmada, toplu konut üretiminde gelişmiş ülkelerde çok yaygın kullanılma alanı bulmuş olan “panel sistemler” için tasarım süreci aşamaları, hesap esasları, depreme dayanıklı yapı tasarımı, panel sistem teknolojilerine ait özellikler ve yapı maliyetleri hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Yatay ve düşey birleşimler, bağ sistemleri tanıtılmış, bağlantı noktalarına etki eden kuvvet tipleri gösterilmiştir. Prefabrike panolu ve geleneksel bir yapının maliyet analizi farklı kat adetleri için yapılmıştır. Gerekli kaynak akışı sağlandığı taktirde, prefabrike yapıların ne zaman tercih edilmesi gerektiği saptanmaya çalışılmıştır.

In this thesis, panel systems, which are widely used for providing economical and high quality solutions are studied and introduced. In addition that, in this dissertation, design process phases, the prefabricated structures resistant to earthquake, the cost of structures, technological properties of panel systems which have widespread areas in the mass housing, are presented in detail. Vertical and horizontal connections and tie systems are presented, types of force which affect connection points are shown. The cost anlysis of prefabricated panel and conventional construction are done for various number of floors. It is studied when to prefer prefabricated structures if required source flow is provided.
