Abstract
Bu çalışmada, güvenli yapı kavramı çerçevesinde çeşitli konut yapım sistemleri incelenmektedir. Güvenli yapı kavramı, çeşitli doğa olaylarının oluşma riskinin daha yüksek olduğu bölgelerde, bu doğa olaylarına özgü bir tanımlama içermektedir. Ülkemizin neredeyse tamamının deprem oluşma riski taşıdığına bağlı olarak, güvenli yapı kavramı ülkemizde yapının depreme karşı güvenli olma özelliğini ifade etmektedir. Yapı üretim sürecinde, yapının depreme karşı güvenli olma özelliğini etkileyen kriterler belirlenerek sistemler bu doğrultuda ele alınmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, yapım sistemi özellikleri, taşıyıcı sistem, taşıyıcı sistem malzemesi, yapı elemanlarının birleşim özellikleri ve son olarak yasal düzenlemeler üzerinde durulmuştur. Taşıyıcı sistem malzemesine göre sınıflandırılan konut yapım sistemlerinin ele alınmasındaki amaç, herhangi bir sistemin depreme karşı dayanıklılığını kanıtlamak değil, yapının depreme dayanıklı olmasını sağlayan ilkeler doğrultusunda üretilmesi olmaktadır.
In this research, the concept of secure structures is defined and according to this basic definition, various residential construction systems are studied. The concept of secure structures has a specific definition varying according to the natural matters in such areas that have the maximum risks of natural disasters. Being aware of the fact that nearly the whole of our country has the risk of an earthquake, this concept states the building being secure against earthquake effect. During the construction process, systems should be handled according to the criterias that affect the buildings security against an earthquake. From this point of view the research deals with the construction system characteristics, the structural system and its materials, the composition of the construction elements and legal procedures as a whole. The purpose of dealing with the residential construction systems that are classified according to the structural system materials shouldn't be taken as merely proving the resistance of a specific system against the earthquake. It should be more likely to assist the entire construction process of the buildings, following the principles that provide this resistance against earthquake effect.
