1965-1970 Dönemi Türk Sinemasında Toplumsal Cinsiyet, Bedensellik Ve Dans Temsiliyetleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, toplumsal cinsiyet rolleri ve cinsiyet rolleriyle bağlantılı olarak sunulan beden ve dans temsiliyetleri 1965-1970 döneminde çekilen film örneklemeleri üzerinden sunulmuştur. Türk toplumundaki kadına olan eril bakış açısı, kadın cinselliğine yaklaşım, kadının ve erkeğin toplumsal yaşamdaki rollerinin bu döneme ne şekilde yansıdığı incelenmiştir. Türk Sineması'nın toplumsal cinsiyet rollerini pekiştirmesi açısından gösterdiği etki ve üretildiği toplumun özelliklerini ne kadar yansıttığı çalışmanın temel problemi olmakla birlikte, dönemsel bir inceleme ve seçilen yirmi film üzerinden ortaya konulan problem açıklanmıştır. 1965-1970 dönemi, özellikle kadın seyirciyi en çok etkileyen, toplumsal cinsiyet rollerini klişe karakterler aracılığıyla pekiştiren bir tür olan melodramların artış gösterdiği bir dönem olması nedeniyle incelenmiştir. Örneklendirilen yirmi film ise toplumsal cinsiyet rollerinin ve beden temsiliyetlerinin sunumu açısından belirgin özellikler taşıması nedeniyle seçilmiştir. Bu dönemde Türk sinemasında yaşanan gelişmeler, dönemin toplumsal olaylarıyla birlikte ele alınmıştır. Toplumsal cinsiyet rollerinin ve bedenin sosyo-kültürel anlamda içerdiği anlamlar açıklanarak, Türk Sineması'nın bütününe nasıl yansıdığı hakkında bilgi verilmiş, incelenen dönemdeki yirmi film ise konu ve karakterler çerçevesinde analiz edilmiştir. Toplumsal cinsiyet rollerin, ataerkil Türk toplumunda kadın aleyhine işlemesi, Türk sinemasındaki kadın imajının da çizilmesine yardımcı olmuş, kadın ve erkek karakterlerin toplumsal statüsü net çizgilerle ayrılmıştır. Türk sinemasının 1965-1970 yıllarını kapsayan döneminde toplam 1289 film çekilmiştir. Çalışmamızın konusu çerçevesinde ise 100 film izlenerek, toplumsal cinsiyet rollerinin yansıtılış biçimi, film isimlerinin içerdiği anlam, toplumsal cinsiyet rollerinin beden üzerindeki etkileri bakımından örnek teşkil edebilecek 20 film analiz edilmiştir. İncelen filmlerde, kadının konumunun, mesleki başarısının, çektiği acıların veya mutlulukların erkeğe bağlı bir seyir izlediği görülmüştür. Ayrıca her film, kadın seyirciyi dramatik öğelerle etkileyen, bedenin sunumu ya da kadının konumuyla mesaj verir nitelikte olmuştur. Genel olarak bedenin herhangi bir şekilde teşhir edilmesinin toplumsal olarak onaylanmadığı görüşü desteklenmiştir.

In this study, gender roles and body and dance representations presented in connection with the gender roles were presented with the examples of movies taken in the period 1965-1970. The masculine aspect to women in Turkish society, approach to female sexuality and in what way the roles of women and men in social life reflect to this period were examined. The impact Turkish Cinema showed to reinforce in terms of social gender roles and how it reflects the properties of the society it was produced are the basic problem of the study and also a periodic review and the introduced problem over selected twenty movies was described. The period 1965-1970 was examined due to a period of increased melodramas which influence audiences, especially women the most and reinforce a kind of cliché characters through social gender roles,. Illustrated twenty films were chosen because of including significant features in terms of social gender roles and body representations? presentation. During this period, the developments in Turkish cinema are discussed in conjuction with the social events of the period. By being explained the meanings of which contain social gender roles and the body of socio - cultural context, the information about how it reflects the whole of Turkish cinema was given, the twenty films in examined period were analyzed within the framework of characters and subject. Functioning of social gender roles against women in patriarchal Turkish society has helped to redraw the image of women in Turkish cinema and the social status of female and male characters are clearly divided. 1289 movies were taken in the period of Turkish cinema covering the years 1965-1970. By being watched 100 films in the framework of our study subject, the reflection type of social gender roles, meaning the movie names contain and the 20 films that social gender roles will be able to set an example in terms of their effects on the body have been analyzed. In explored films, women's status, professional success, suffering or happiness were seen to be followed by a cruise on a man. In addition, every movie has been in quality of giving message with women?s location or the presentation of the body that affect female audiences with dramatic elements. In general, the opinion being exposed the body in any way was supported by socially disapproved.
