Organize Sanayi Bölgelerinde Atıksu Arıtma Sistemi Kavramsal Tasarımı Ve Katkı Payı Formülasyonu

Abstract

Sanayi faaliyetlerinin belirli bir düzen içerisinde ve kontrollü biçimde yürütülmesi için geliştirilen Organize Sanayi Bölgelerinde, ortak altyapı tesisleri ile olumsuz çevresel etkilerin belirli bir sistem ile azaltılması ve önlenmesi esastır. Bu çalışma, Organize Sanayi Bölgeleri içerisinde, düzenli ve kontrollü şekilde faaliyet gösteren endüstri kuruluşlarından kaynaklanan atık sulara ait yönetim biçiminin belirli bir plan dahilinde, sistematik şekilde kurulması ve geliştirilmesini hedefleyen en uygun teknolojilerin seçilmesi ve/veya sistemlerinin yaratılması için bir kavramsal tasarım yaklaşımının gerekliliğini vurgulamayı amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmada endüstriyel kirlenme kontrolü için kullanılan bir modelin uygulaması yapılarak, mevcut bir OSB’ye bir birleşik atıksu arıtma sistemi kavramsal tasarımı gerçekleştirilmiştir. OSB’ye ait mevcut veriler ışığında, atıksu özelliklerine ve Atıksu Arıtma Sistemlerinde yaygın olarak kullanılan birimlerin kirletici giderim performanslarına göre ilgili yönetmeliklerdeki deşarj standartlarını sağlayabilen en uygun arıtma sistemi kavramları değerlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca OSB’de bulunan endüstri kuruluşlarının, teklif edilen atıksu arıtma sisteminin işletme maliyetlerine katılım paylarının kirletici temelinde belirlenmesi için ARBEK formülasyonu geliştirilmiştir. Yalnız debi ile orantılı olmayan ve kirlenme yüklerini de işletme giderlerine dahil eden ARBEK formülasyonu ile birleşik atıksu arıtma sistemlerinin işletilmesinde yararlı sonuçları olacağı umut edilmektedir.

The main principal in Organised Industrial Estates, which are developed to manage the industrial activities in controlled and specifically arranged zones is the minimization and prevention of the unfavorable environmental impacts with collective infrastructure. The aim of this study is to emphasize the necessity of the conceptual design approach, to specify the best available and practicable technology and/or to generate systems with a plan specified for the management of the wastewaters produced by industrial activities in Organised Industrial Estates. The conceptual design of a combined wastewater treatment system for an existing Industrial Estate with a model used for industrial pollution control has been applied within the context of this study. In the light of the current information about the Organised Industrial Estates, the most appropriate treatment system according to the wastewater characterization and to the removal efficiency of treatment units to reach the discharge criteria specified in the relevant regulations have been evaluated. Furthermore ARBEK formulation has been developed with the aim of determining the contribution rate of industries to operational costs of the treatment system in the Industrial Estate Some beneficial consequences are expected to result from the ARBEK formulation which includes not only the flow rates but also the pollution loads of the wastewaters to the operational cost’s contribution rate.
