Özet
Bu çalışmada; Güvenilirlik Merkezli Bakım sistemine kadar gelen sürede bakım yöntemlerinden onarıcı, önleyici ve kestirimci bakım yöntemleri üstünlükleri ve sakıncaları ile birlikte incelenmiş, kestirimci bakımın en önemli özelliği kestirimci test ve denetleme (PT&I) yöntemleri tanımlanmış ve elektrik enerji iletim sistemlerinde güvenilirlik merkezli bakım uygulaması gerçekleştirilmiştir. TEİAŞ ilgilileri ve kayıtlarından alınan bilgilere göre, enerji iletim sistemi alt sistemlere bölünmüş, arızalar ve nedenleri tanımlanmış ve sisteme ilişkin bilgi formu oluşturularak, karar ağaç diyagramını kullanarak karar diyagramları elde edilmiştir. Buna göre elektik iletim sistemleri için bir GMB yönetim programı elde edilmiştir. Ayrıca elektrik iletim sistemlerinde kullanılan ve kullanılabilecek kestirimci test ve denetleme yöntemleri tanımlanmıştır.
In this study, reactive, preventive, predictive maintenance and the most important feature of the predictive maintenance process is the methodology used to estimate the failure before it occurs with the predictive testing and inspection tools (PT & I) were first illustrated in a chronological manner up to reliability centered maintenance with their advantages and disadvantages. Following the explanation of maintenance procedures, RCM applications in electric power transmission systems were presented. With respect to the information obtained from national power transmission system authority, power transmission system is first divided into sub-systems, failures of these sub-systems were defined together with their prospective reasons and decision tree diagrams of the sub-systems were constructed. Finally RCM management program is developed by deriving the most appropriate maintenance procedures from the decision tree diagrams. In addition, several predictive test and inspection techniques that could be used for predictive maintenance procedure were illustrated.
