Teknoloji Transferinin Kalite Performansına Etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada teknoloji transferinin kalite yönetim başarısını ve kalite performansını etkileyip etkilemediği, etkiliyor ise pozitif veya negatif olarak hangi yönde etkilediği, teknoloji transferinin kalite yönetim başarısına ve kalite performansına etkisi arasında fark olup olmadığı, firma özelliklerinin teknoloji transfer performansını etkileyip etkilemediği araştırılmıştır. Araştırmada veriler anket yöntemi ile toplanmıştır. Çalışmanın modeli yapısal eşitlik modellemesi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda teknoloji transferinin kalite yönetim başarısına ve kalite performansına pozitif yönde bir etkisi olduğu, teknoloji transferinin kalite yönetim başarısını kalite performansına göre daha çok etkilediği bulunmuştur. Ayrıca firmaların faaliyet gösterdikleri sürenin teknoloji transfer performansını etkilediği, firmanın faaliyette bulunduğu sektörün, firmanın ölçeğinin, firmanın teknoloji seviyesinin (firmanın ileri teknoloji firması olması veya olmaması gibi), firmanın ciro seviyesinin ve firmanın sermaye yapısının teknoloji transfer performansını etkilemediği sonucu bulunmuştur.

The main objective of this study is to determine whether technology transfer affects quality performance and the success of total quality management. The study searches how it affects quality processes and to determine whether it is affected positively or negatively. Besides, another aim of this study is to search whether there is difference between the effects of technology transfer on quality performance, and the effects of technology transfer on total quality management. The study searches also the company characteristics whether they affect technology transfer performance. In this pursuit, we surveyed companies that have been successful in technology transfer by sending out a questionnaire. Research model analyses by using structural equation modeling. The results of our survey show that technology transfer affects total quality management and quality performance positively. In addition, another result is that technology transfer affects the success of total quality management more than it affects quality performance. In addition, we have found that the company age affects technology transfer performance. On the other hand, the sector, scale, technological level (high-tech or low-tech technology), level of turnover (revenue), and capital characteristics of the firm do not affect technology performance.
