Tekstil Endüstrisinde Reaktif Boya Banyolarında Ozon İle Renk Giderimi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, tekstil endüstrisinde pamuklu boyamada yaygın olarak kullanılan reaktif boyaların kaynak bazında ozon ile renk giderimi ve buna etki eden faktörler incelenmiştir. Ozon ile renk giderim çalışmaları, gerçek boya banyosu numunelerinde ve bunlara paralel hazırlanan sentetik numuneler üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Gerçek boya banyoları numunelerinde renk giderimi sentetik numunelere göre daha uzun süre ve daha fazla ozon beslemeleri ile gerçekleşmiştir. İncelenen boya banyosu bileşenlerinden; pH, NaCl ve Na2CO3 mevcudiyetinin, ozon ile renk giderimine belirgin bir etkisi olmadığı sonucuna varılmıştır.

In this study, color removal of source based reactive dyes, used frequently in cotton dying operations of textile industry with ozone and the determination of the factors effecting was invastigated. Color removal studies with ozone is carried out at samples taken from real dyebaths and synthetic samples prepared in parallel. In both of the dyebath samples color removal was possible with a higher amount of ozone feeding and in a longer time compred to that of synthetic samples. To determine the factors effecting color removal with ozone, namely pH, NaCl and Na2CO3 it may be concluded that these factors do not have a significant effect.
