| dc.description.abstract | Çevre yönetim sistemi bir kuruluşun çevre konusundaki çabalarını planlama, kontrol etme, ölçme ve daha geliştirmesine sistematik bir yaklaşımdır. Yönetim sistemi hizmet alanında, resmi ve özel kuruluşlarda uygulanabilir. Bu çalışmada, Küçük ve Orta Büyüklükteki İşletmeler (KOBİ) için Çevre Yönetim Sistemi incelenmiştir. KOBİ’ler 5-50 işçi çalıştıran kuruluşlar olarak tanımlanmış ve endüstriyel sınıflandırmadaki kategorilerin çoğunu temsil edecek şekilde 22 farklı tesis seçilmiştir. KOBİ’lerde proses araştırmasında çevresel performansın ortaya çıkarılması ve her sektör için anahtar noktaların tanımlanması bir bilgi alma formuyla sağlanmıştır. Sonuç olarak KOBİ’ler için çevre yönetim sisteminde öncelikle dikkat edilmesi gereken noktalar bir tabloda gösterilmiş ve istatistiksel veriler oluşturulmuştur. KOBİ’ler için çevre yönetim sistemi uygulamasına yönelik mevcut çevresel durumu da içeren bir sistematik geliştirilmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Environmental management system is systematic approach to planning, controlling, measuring and improving an organization’s environmental efforts. Management system can be applied in service, public and industrial sectors. In this study, Environmental Management System for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SME) are investigated. SME’s are defined as the enterprises where 5-50 people work and 22 different firms are selected to represent most of the categories of industrial classification. Survey of enterprise processes supported with a questionary form used to figure out environmental performance and to define key elements of each sector. Finally, key elements of environmental management system for SME’s are presented in a table form and statistical datas for SME’s are formed. A systematic developed for SME’s including environmental aspects for implementing environmental management system are presented | |
