Doğalgaz Boru Hattı İmalatının Tasarım, Tesisat, İnşaat, Montaj Esasları – Uygulanan Kontrol Yöntemleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, doğalgaz boru hattı imalatının proje, tasarım, tesisat, inşaat ve montajında dikkat edilmesi gereken hususların teorik ve pratik esasları, genel ve özel halleriyle ele alınmıştır. Projenin oluşturulması, tasarım ilkeleri, inşaat işleri, kaynak ve montaj işleri genellikle BOTAŞ’ın en son uygulanan prosedür ve şartnameleri dikkate alınarak işlenmiştir. Tüm imalat sırasında ve imalatın bitiminde uygulanan veya uygulanması gereken kontrol yöntemleri bir araya toplanmıştır. Ayrıca, Türkiye’deki mevcut doğalgaz boru hattı sistemi ve bu sektörün sanayideki işleyişi anlatılmıştır.

In this study theoretical and practical principles of project, design, installation, construction and manufacturing of natural gas pipeline production are held. Formation of the project, basics of design, construction and welding works are reviewed by using BOTAŞ’s latest procedures and specifications. The control methods which are required to be applied during and after the production have been collected together. Also, the existing pipeline system in Turkey and the processing of the sector in the industry are given.
