Özet
Bu çalışmada, KFG (Kalite Fonksiyonlarını Geliştirme) Tekniği ve TRIZ (Yaratıcı Problem Çözme Teorisi), metalurjik bir uygulamada ele alınmıştır. Uygulama, Assan Alüminyum tesislerinde gerçekleştirilen ikiz merdaneli dökümdür. Daha yüksek katma değerli ürünlerin ve daha ince folyo kalınlıklarının elde edilmesi için, döküm öncesi yapılan tane küçültme işleminin iyileştirilmesine odaklanılmıştır. KFG ile genel olarak müşteri istekleri mertebesinden başlayarak, bileşen matrisi hariç olmak üzere her üç kalite evi yapılmıştır. TRIZ’e geçiş kademesinde, kalite evlerinde belirtilmiş olan çelişkiler temel alınarak, uygun bir çözüm modeli aranmıştır. Sonuç olarak, karıştırma yöntemi ile tane inceltici verimliliğinin arttılması ile ilgili deneyler gerçekleştirilmiş ve KFG ile TRIZ bağlamında bulunan çözümler ile deneysel sonuçlar irdelenmiştir.
In this study, QFD (Quality Function Deployment) and TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) methodologies were used in metallurgical product development. The process under consideration was twin roll casting of aluminum at Assan Alüminyum. Due to increasing customer requirements and added value along with decreasing foil thickness, efforts were focused on the addition of master alloys prior to casting. In the QFD methodology, all three houses of quality except the parts matrix were made starting with customer requirements. On the QFD-TRIZ interface, the contradictions mentioned in the first house of quality were taken as the substance for problem solving. As a result, experiments were made by using mixers during master alloy addition. Both the solutions found by using the QFD and TRIZ methodologies along with the results of the mixing experiments were discussed.
