Kocaeli Hafif Raylı Taşıma Sistemi Fizibilite Raporu

Abstract

Kocaeli ili coğrafi olarak baktığımız zaman; İstanbul metropolünün yakınında, deniz ulaşımına elverişli bir körfeze sahip, içerisinden banliyö hattı geçen, yatırımlar yapılırsa turist potansiyelinin bulunduğu, üstelik yüzölçümü bakımından Türkiye nin 7. küçük kentiyken ekonomik bakımdan tam tersi bir durum mevcuttur. Kocaeli ili coğrafi ve ekonomik açıdan Türkiye için çok önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Bu önemli rolünden dolayı tarihte ve günümüzde cazibe merkezi haline gelmesi de doğaldır. Bölüm 1. de yolcu talebinin artmakta olduğu Kocaeli ilinin ulaşım sorununun çözülmesi gerekliliği belirtilmiştir. Bu bağlamda tez konusu ile benzer konulu bir çalışma hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Bölüm 2. de Kocaeli ilinin mevcut coğrafi özellikleri, ekonomik özellikleri, idari özellikleri, tarihsel gelişimi, nüfus yapısı, geleceğe ilişkin nüfus kestirimleri, iş gücü ve istihdam, eğitim konularında bilgi verilmiştir. Bu bölümde Kocaeli ilinin nüfusunun büyük ölçüde göç ile arttığı ve önemli bir deprem kuşağı içerisinde bulunduğu konularının özellikle altı çizilmiştir. Bölüm 3. de kent içi raylı taşıma sistemleri hakkında açıklamalar yapılıp, yolcu taleplerine göre alternatiflerin nasıl belirleneceği, güzergah ve istasyon tasarımında uyulması gereken kriterler hakkında bilgiler verilmiş ve Havaray sistemi ile Hafif raylı sistemi kıyaslaması yapılmıştır. Bu bölümde ayrıca Türkiye deki Hafif raylı taşıma sistemleri hakkında genel bilgiler verilmiştir. Bölüm 4. de Kocaeli ilinin kara yolu, deniz yolu, demir yolu ulaşımı genel ulaşım durumu açısından bilgiler verilmiştir. Bu bölümde ayrıca daha önce yapılmış olan ulaşım planlama çalışmaları hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Bölüm 5. de Kocaeli Hafif Raylı Taşıma Sistemi tasarımı bölüm 3. de belirtilen kriterlere uygun olarak yapılmıştır. Bölüm 6. da Kocaeli ilinde meydana gelebilecek yolculuk talep tahmini belirtilen yöntemler ile yapılmış ve Kocaeli HRTS hat kapasitesinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bölüm 7. de tasarlanan Kocaeli HRTS hattına ait mali ve ekonomik fizibilite analizi yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak Kocaeli HRTS Fizibilite Raporu yüksek lisans tez çalışmasında öncelikle Kocaeli nin mevcut coğrafi, ekonomik, nüfus ve ulaşım özellikleri belirtilerek kentin neden kalıcı bir ulaşım sistemine ihtiyacı olacağı belirtilmiştir.

The city of Kocaeli is, if we consider about geographical, by the side of İstanbul metropolis, and have a gulf which is convenient to water transportation, and a suburban rail passes through, if there can be more investments, there will be tourist potential, although the seventh smallest city in Turkey, there is vice versa case economically. The city of Kocaeli has a very important part for Türkiye. Because of the important role in history and nowadays it is also normal to Kocaeli be an attaction center. In chapter 1. in Kocaeli city in which passenger demand increases, the requirement of transportation problem to be solved is mentioned. Concordantly it is given information on a study about the topic of this thesis. In chapter 2. It is given information of Kocaeli city about present geographical properties, economical properties, administrative properties , historical development, population structure, population projection for future, labour and employment, education topics. In this chapter it is importantly underlined that the population of Kocaeli city increased because of immigration and Kocaeli stand in seismic belts. In chapter 3. it is given informations about city rail trasportation system, how will be the alternatives determined, the criterias for line and station design and a comparison made between Monorail System and Light Rail System. In this chapter it is given some general informations about light rail systems in Türkiye. In chapter 4. it is given information about Kocaeli city rod, seaway, railroad general transportation conditions. In this chapter also it is given informations about the past trasportation planning studies. In chapter 5. Kocaeli LRTS design is made according to the criterias mentioned in chapter 3. In chapter 6. estimation with the mentioned methods is made about the possible passenger demand in Kocaeli city and Kocaeli LRTS line capacity is aimed to be determined. In chapter 7. financial and economical feasibility analysis is made for designed Kocaeli LRTS line. As a conclusion in Kocaeli LRTS Feasibility Report master degree thesis study at first by mentioning Kocaeli present geographical, economical, population and transportation properties it is informed why the city needs a secular transportation system.
