Özet
Uzun bir bantlı konveyörün hesapları DIN 22101 e göre hesaplandı ve ekipmanları seçildi. Taşıyıcı ve dönüş kollarındaki stres dalgasının ilerleme hızları hesaplandı. Konveyörün tam dolu ve durur halden harekete geçmesi senaryosu için konveyörün sonlu eleman modeli oluşturuldu. Konveyörün çeşitli noktalarında hız, konum ve gergi değişimleri incelendi.
A long, overland band conveyor is determined according to DIN 22101 and drive equipments are chosen. Speed of stress waves through carry and return sides are calculated. For the scenario; that conveyor is stationary and fully loaded, a finite element model is formed. Displacement, change of speed and tension are investigated through certain locations of the belt conveyor.
