| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, altkategorisi pamuklu ve polyester boyanmış kumaş olan bir tekstil endüstrisi ham ve arıtılmış atıksularında Daphnia magna ile toksisite izlenmiş, ham atıksuda biyolojik arıtılabilirlik için önem taşıyan KOİ bileşenleri ve ozonlama sonrası biyolojik arıtılabilirlikteki değişim belirlenerek toksisite-KOİ bileşenleri ilişkisi araştırılmıştır. Sonuçlar toksisite-KOİ bileşenleri ilişkisinin tam olarak yorumlanmasında hesaplanan bu bileşenlerin yeterli olamayacağını göstermiş ve daha detaylı bir araştırmanın yapılması gerektiğini ortaya koymuştur. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study raw and biologicaly treated wastewater of a textile industry processing cotton and polyster, toxicity were measured using Daphnia magna, COD fractions of raw wastewater were determined, the increase in biodegrability using ozonation and the relation between toxicity-COD fractions were investigated. It was concluded that the determination of the COD fractions does not provide us to comprehense the toxicity idenfication and removal evaluations in the wastewater. A further study starting from the conventional parameters-toxicity relation evaluation enhanced using COD fractions will be necessary. | en_US |
