Gıda Vakumlama Makinası Sisteminin Buzdolabına Adaptasyonu

Abstract

Bu projede gıda saklama yöntemlerinden biri olan vakumla paketleme sisteminin buzdolabı üzerine entegre edilmesi çalışılmıştır. Vakumlama sisteminin buzdolabı üzerine entegre edilmesindeki sebep ise, hem evlerdeki mutfaklarda kullanılan en yaygın beyaz eşya ürününün buzdolabı olması, hem de gıdaların depolanması ve saklanması için kullanılan ürünün buzdolabı olmasıdır. Bu amaçla ilk olarak gıda vakumlama teknolojisi ile ilgili literatür ve Pazar araştırmaları yapılmış, sistem ile ilgili patent araştırmaları yapılmış ve çeşitli gıda vakumlama makinaları üzerinde benchmark çalışmaları gerçekleştirilmiştir. Vakumlama sistemi için kullanılan elemanlar üzerinde deneyler yapılmış ve son olarak ta yapısal tasarım çalışmaları oluşturulmuştur. Yapısal tasarım çalışmaları sonucu oluşturulan parçalar hızlı prototipleme yöntemi ile üretilmiş ve buzdolabı kapağına entegreli halde 3 adet çalışır prototip yapılmıştır. Yapılan prototipler üzerinde performans ve terleme deneyleri yapılmış ve olumlu test sonuçları elde edilerek proje başarılı bir şekilde sonlandırılmıştır.

In this project, system of vacuum packaging method which is one of the food preserving method is adaptated on the refrigerator. First aim for doing this Project is that using vacuum packaging in houses generalizes in our country and providing lots of advantages to all of people about vacuum packaging. For doing this Project, firstly, literature and patent researches were done. Several of vacuum packaging machines were bought for benchmarking. Lots of tests are done about vacuum packaging system components. Lastly, structural design working is done about this new system. Designed parts of this system were produced to rapid prototype machine and three prototype of this adaptation system were done and actuated. Doing performance testing was done on these prototypes. Finally, this Project is finished successfully according to good test results.
