Avrupa Birliği Ve Türkiye'deki Üretim Ve Hizmet Sektörlerinde Toplam Kalite Olgusu, Gözetim Şirketlerinin Toplam Kalitedeki Rolü Ve Metal Ticaretine Etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, üretim ve hizmet sektörlerinde toplam kalite olgusu, gözetim şirketlerinin toplam kalitedeki rolü ve metal ticaretine etkileri anlatılmıştır. Tezin ilk bölümlerinde kalite ve kaliteyle ilgili temel kavramlar incelenmiş, kalite olgusunun Türkiye ve Avrupa Birliği’ndeki yapısı ortaya konulmuş ve karşılaştırılmıştır. Daha sonra Gözetim Şirketlerinin üretim ve hizmet sektörlerindeki yerine ve kalitenin gelişmesindeki rolüne değinilmiş, Gözetim Şirketlerinin metal ticaretindeki durumu ulusal ve uluslararası teknik mevzuat ışığında ayrıntılarıyla incelenmiş ve Türkiye’nin Avrupa Birliği ile teknik açıdan uyumu sürecinde Gözetim Şirketlerinde oluşturulması gereken teknik yapı irdelenmiştir. Son olarak ta metal sektöründe ticareti yapılan çeşitli mallara ait farklı gözetimlerin nasıl gerçekleştirildiği örnek uygulamalarıyla anlatılmıştır.

In this study, total quality in production and in service sectors have been studied. Also the effects of inspection on metal trade and the role of inspection companies on total quality have been examined. At the beginning, basic concept of quality has been explained. Also the structure of total quality management both in European Union and Turkey has been examined and compared. Then, the effects and the role of inspection companies on development of quality and the place of these companies in production and service sector have been stated. The situation of the inspection companies on metal trade has been presented in accordance with the local and international regulations and technical structure that has to be in inspection companies in Turkey in the duration of technical harmonization to European Union has been discussed. At the end, various inspection applications on different goods which are subject to metal trade have been studied.
