Al-7si-0,35mg Alüminyum Alaşımının Özelliklerinin Dövme Döküm Yöntemi İle Geliştirilmesi

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında dövme döküm yöntemi ve ısıl işlem teknikleri kullanılarak 356 alaşımının mekanik özelliklerinin geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Değişen yaşlandırma süreleri ile mekanik özelliklerdeki değişim gözlenmiştir. Bu amaçla kum kalıba ve kokil kalıba standartlara uygun test parçaları dökülmüş, işletmede imal edilen dövme döküm parçasından numuneler hazırlanmış ve de tasarlanan özel bir dövme döküm kalıbı ile de test çubukları dökülmüştür. Tüm bu test parçaları ısıl işlem programlarına tabi tutulduktan sonra çekme deneyi yapılmıştır. Böylece bu yöntemlerle dökülen parçaların mekanik özellikleri mukayese edilmiş ve ısıl işlemin nasıl bir sonuç verdiği gözlenmiştir.

In this study squeeze casting and heat treatment techniques are used for to improve mechanical properties of 356-aluminum alloy. The changes in the mechanical properties observed by varying aging time and temperature. For this purpose sand-cast and permanent mould cast test specimens are prepared and also from a squeeze cast product test specimens are prepared by machining. With a squeeze casting mould test specimens produced. All these specimens are heat treated in different heat treatment programs and their tensile strength are tested. With these tests, the mechanical behavior of the pieces which produced by different casting methods, are compared and the results of the heat treatment programs observed.
