Abstract

Bu çalışmada öncelikle Hastane Bilgi Sistemi’nin kapsamı çeşitleri, Hasta Kayıt Sistemi’nin gerekliliği hastanelerde bilgisayar kullanma amaçları anlatılmıştır. Hastane Bilgi Sistemi ve Hasta Kayıt Sistemi kurulurken kullanılması gereken veritabanından, hastane işleyişinin analizi için kullanılan veri modellemeden ve uygulamada kullanılan programlardan bahsedildi. Tezin uygulama kısmında ise Hasta Kayıt Sisteminin örnek bir veri modeli oluşturuldu. Veri modeli veritabanına aktarılarak Hasta Kayıt Sistemi’nin Windows Form uygulaması yapıldı.In this study, the scope and variety of Hospital Information System, necessity of the Patient Recording System and using the computers in a hospital are explained. After that how to characterize, and specify database for implementing a Hospital Information System or a Patient Recording System, how to use data modelling for analysis any hospital process, and the way of using application development programs that are mentioned. On the application part of thesis, a data model is created for Patient Recording System. The created data model is transferred to database. And after, Windows Form Applications were made for Patient Recording System.
