Özet
Bu çalışmada, Havasız Çamur Yataklı reaktörlerde mezofîlik bakteriler kullanılarak, Alkaloid Sanayii atıksulannın arıtımı ve arıtmada verime etki eden faktörler incelenmiştir. Bunun için seçilen arıtma tesisine ait 312 günlük deneysel çalışma verileri derlenmiştir. Birinci bölümde, çalışmanın anlamı, önemi, amaç ve kapsamı kısaca özetlenmiştir. ikinci bölümde havalı ve havasız antmanin mukayesesi yapılmıştır; havasız arıtmada teknolojik uygulamalar hakkında kısaca bilgi verilmiştir. Havasız antmada verime etki eden parametreler sirası ile izah edilmiştir. Bunun haricinde havasız reaktörlerin devreye alınmasi, işletme şartlari ve kontrol maksadı ile izlenmesi gibi gerekli parametrelerden bahsedilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde HÇYR reaktörlerinin tasannu, işletmeye alınması ve proses kararlığına etki eden parametreler incelenmiş ve bu kararsızlıkları giderme yöntemleri araştırılmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde deney tesisi şekil ve resimlerle izah edilmiş, reaktörün devreye alınması, atıksuyun özellikleri, ilave besi maddeleri ve günlük olarak izlenen parametreler ve analiz metodlan anlatılmıştır. Beşinci bölümde sabit bekletme süresine ait elde edilen deney sonuçlan incelenmiş, bazı parametrelerin birbirleriyle olan ilişkileri araştın lmıştır. Organik yükleme hızına bağlı olarak pH ve askıdaki katı madde arasinda, pH ve alkalinite arasmda grafikler oluşturularak yorumlar yapılmiştir. Reaktörde pH' 6.2 nin altma düşmesine bağlı olarak gaz üretiminin azaldığı, pH=6.2 ve 8.5 aralığında organik yükleme hızının artmasının gaz üretimini de arttırdığı tespit edilmiştir. Altıncı bölümde ise çalışmalardan elde edilen sonuçlar maddeler halinde anlatılarak gerekli yorumlar yapılmıştır. Çalışmaya temel alan deney sonuçlan bir ek halinde en son kışıma ilave edilmiştir.
In this study, the treatment of Alkaloid Industry waste waters with using mezofilic bacteria in an upflow anaerobic sludge bed reactor ( UASB) and the factors affecting treatment efficiency were analyzed. 312 days experimental study data of the treatment system chosen for this study were collected. The meaning, the importance, the purpose and the content of the study were briefly introduced in the first chapter. In the second chapter, anerobic and aerobic treatment were compared; brief information on anaerobic treatment tecnologies were given. Then, the factors affecting the efficiency in anaerobic treatment were explained. In addition to this, first start up conditions for anaerobic reactors and observation parameters needed for operation control were also explained. In the third chapter the design, the first start up of UASB reactors and the parameters affected process stability are analyzed and the methods of removing unstabilities are studied. In the fourth chapter, experimental apparatus were explained with pictures and figures and the start up of the reactor, properties of the waste water, nutrients and daily monitoring parameters and methods of analyses were explained. In the fifth chapter, results of experiments of stable residence time were analyzed and interrelations of some parameters were studied. Various graphs in connection with organic loading raters, for pH versus suspended solid material and pH versusalkalinity were drawn and interpereted. It is found that as pH decreases below 6.2,gas production rate decreases and as organic loading rate increases, gas production rate also increases. In the sixth chapter, the results of the study were put in on order with necessary interpretations and comments. At the end all experimental results were given in the appendix part.
