Bilişim Teknolojisi Yatırımlarının Değerlendirilmesine Yönelik Uygun Yöntemin Seçilmesi Modeli – Erp Yazılımı Seçimi Uygulaması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, işletme özelliklerine, isteklerine ve yatırımın cinsine uygun değerlendirme yöntemlerinin seçilmesi modeli önerilmiştir. 45 değerlendirme yöntemi detaylı incelenmiş ve yöntemleri birbirinden ayıran özelliklere göre on bir kriter belirlenmiştir. Satırda, Bilişim Teknolojisi (BT) yatırımları değerlendirme yöntemleri, sütunda ise dokuz kriter ve düzeyleri bulunan bir form oluşturulmuş ve BT değerlendirme uzmanları, bu formu, her bir kriter düzeyi için yöntemlerin kullanılabilme durumuna göre doldurmuşlardır. Oluşturulan model, KKP (Kurumsal Kaynak Planlaması) yazılım seçimine uygulanmıştır. Seçilen işletmenin BT yöneticisinin belirlediği kriter düzeylerine göre yöntemler elenmiştir. Daha sonra özvektör yöntemine göre geriye kalan yöntemler sıralanmış ve işletmeye önerilmiştir.

In this study, a model for selecting technique(s) which is/are most appropriate for a given company’s characteristics, needs and the investment type at hand, is proposed. 45 assessment techniques were examined in detail and eleven criteria were chosen to distinguish the evaluation methods from each other.A form having the 45 Information Technology (IT) investment evaluation techniques in the rows and, eleven criteria and their levels in the columns is designed. IT evaluation professionals filled the form by marking the levels at which the techniques can be used. The model is applied on ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software selection. Evaluation methods are eliminated according to the criteria levels determined by the IT manager of the selected company. Then, they are ranked according to eigenvector methodology and are proposed to the company.
