Oran Kontrol Yapılarının İncelenmesi Ve Envanter Kontrol Sistemlerine Uygulanması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada süreç kontrol sistemlerinde sıklıkla kullanılan oran kontrol yapıları incelenmiştir. Oran kontrol sistemlerinin amacı süreç çıkış değişkenlerinin arasındaki oranı referans değer değiştirilse veya bir yük bozucusu oluşsa bile istenen oranda sabit tutmaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda önerilen tüm oran kontrol yapılarının benzetimleri yapılmış ve seçilen performans kriteri çerçevesinde benzetimlerin performansları karşılaştırılmıştır. Günümüz rekabetçi ve kırılgan piyasa koşulları altında firmalar stok seviyesini minimum tutmak ve depolama giderlerini azaltmak istemekte bunun yanında da satışların mevsimsel artışı veya azalması gibi durumlara karşı da üretim ve envanter seviyelerini kontrol etmek istemektedirler. Towill’ın ortaya çıkardığı envanter ve sipariş tabanlı üretim kontrol sistemleri ailesinin üç modeli incelenmiştir. Envanter ve sipariş tabanlı üretim kontrol sistemleri için farklı tiplerde kontrolör tasarlanmıştır. Son bölümde incelenen oran kontrol yapılarından performansı en yüksek olan çapraz birleştirilmiş oran kontrol yapısı tasarlanan farklı tiplerdeki kontrolörler için genelleştirilmiş ve envanter ve sipariş tabanlı üretim kontrol sistemlerine uygulanmıştır. Böylece satışları birbirine bağımlı ürünlerin stok seviyelerinin birlikte tutulması sağlanmış olur. Ayrıca bir ürünün yapımında belli oranlarda kullanılan ara ürün ve yarı mamüllerin de stok seviyelerinin etkin bir şekilde tutulması sağlanır.

In this study ratio control structures which are commonly used in process control, is studied. The aim of a ratio control system is to keep the ratio of the system output variables at desired value. For achieving the aim all of the methods are researched. Their simulations is done and by respect to a performance criteria their performances are compared.Today most of firm want to minimize the stock level because of the stock prices and they also want to control production and inevntory levels against the seasonal effect of increase or decrease of prices. In the thesis, the second aim is to review of inventory and order based production and control systems family. For simlicity in designing the controllers , system is modelled to first order with lag time model. In the last stage the best method which is called cross coupled ratio control system, is applied to inventory and order based prudoction and control system and it is generialized for different type of controllers. The aim of this application is to balance and control the inventory level of goods, which are sold respect to each other as beer and chips or wine and cheese. Also the application can be used for the semi-finished goods which are used for producing the main goods as wheel and rim in automative industry or rims and lenses for producing a glass.
