Manyetik Sıçratma Yöntemi İle Üretilen Mo-n-ag Nanokompozit Kaplamaların Karakterizasyonu

Abstract

Nanokompozit ince filmler sahip oldukları çok iyi mekanik özelliklerden dolayı sürtünme ve aşınma uygulamalarında kullanılabilir. Nanokompozit ince filmler birçok yöntemle üretilebilir. Bu çalışmada, manyetik sıçratma yöntemi kullanılarak HSS altlıklar üzerine γ-Mo2N-Ag nanokompozit ince filmler kaplanmış ve kaplamanın gümüş içeriğinin γ-Mo2N-Ag nanokompozit ince filmlerin mekanik ve yapısal özelliklerini nasıl etkilediği incelenmiştir.Nanocomposite thin films can be used in wide range of tribological applications because of their very good mechanical properties. Nanocomposite thin films can be produced by various deposition techniques. In the present study, HSS substrates were coated by γ-Mo2N-Ag nanocomposite thin films with different Ag contents by magnetron sputtering technique. The effects of Ag content on mechanical and structural properties of γ-Mo2N-Ag nanocomposite thin films were investigated.
