Kağıt Hamuru Hazırlama Süreci Otomasyonu

Abstract

Tez çalışmasında, kağıt hamuru hazırlama sürecinin otomasyon işlemi yapılmıştır. Süreç kontrolü ve kontrol türlerine ait temel bilgiler verildikten sonra bu süreç tanıtılmıştır. Süreçteki kağıt hamuru akışı ve yoğunluğuna ait modeller birim basamak yanıtlarından elde edilmiştir ve istenen cevaplara göre seçilen kontrolörlerin parametreleri hesaplanmıştır. Sürece ait otomasyon işlemi, kağıt hamuru hazırlama sürecinin PLC ile kontrol edilmesi ve SCADA ile sürecin gözlenmesi ile bitmiştir.In this study, pulp making process automation is simulated. This process is introduced after giving basic knowledges for process control and control types. The models for the systems which are pulp flow and consistency in this process are gained from their step responses and the parameters of the chosen controllers are calculated for the desired responses of these systems. The process automation is concluded after controlling the pulp making process with PLC and observing this process with SCADA.
