Electromagnetic characteristics of high voltage dc corona

Abstract

This study gives the evaluation of the high voltage dc corona. For this purpose, electromagnetic characteristics of the dc corona discharge are observed. Both the positive and the negative corona for dc voltages are taken into account. The main concern is the electromagnetic interference caused by the corona.
