In this work, signatures scattering from large targets such as marine vehicles in relation with target geometry have been studied. In order to reduce the level of scattering, essential modifications on ship geometry have been investigated. Determination of Radar Cross Section (RSC) of the warship, which have been recently designed in Turkey, has been carried out. In order to reduce RCS some alternative improvements on the ship form have been worked out. Physics optic approximation is used to calculate RCS for ships due to their high curvature surface in comparison with target wave length. A simulation program based on development of physics optic methods, which is applicable for 3D targets, have been used for ships as a numerical example. Results obtained use of this method have been shown and discussed.
