Özet
Tren performansının simülasyonu ve hızlı demiryolu sisteminin ekonomik analizi ile ilgili olarak ayrı ayrı geçmişte birçok çalışma bulunmaktadır. Ancak bu iki başlığı içerisine alan araştırma sayısı azdır. Özellikle planlama aşamasında bulunan bir hızlı tren demiryolu sisteminin gerek tren performansı simülasyonu gerekse de sistemin yaklaşık maliyet hesabı ileride yapılacak olan çalışmalara ışık tutacaktır. Bu çalışma ileride yapılması planlanan Ankara ve İzmir hızlı demiryolu hattının farklı güzergâh alternatifleri ışığında tren performansının hesaplanması Avrupa’da bulunan benzer sistemlerin teknik özellikleri bağlamında değerlendirilerek Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Devlet Demiryolları’na karşılaştırılabilir en iyi çözümü sunmak amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan simülasyonlar ve analizler sonucunda bulunan değerler karşılaştırılarak Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Devlet Demiryolları’na yapılması planlanan Ankara ve İzmir hızlı demiryolu sistemi için yaklaşık değerlerden oluşan sonuçlar sunulmuştur.
Many studies which are about high speed railway projects have been done with respect to train performance simulation and economic analysis separately. However, researches that are including both train simulation performance and economic analysis have been found very rarely. Especially in the planning stage of high speed railway projects, have possession of train performance simulation and approximate cost analysis will shed light on future studies. The aim of this dissertation is to investigate Ankara and Izmir high speed railway line project in terms of economic and technical characteristics and to give approximate comparable results in order to help Turkish State Railways while determining the route configuration which should have the best cost effective and operational solution. Dissertation can be described a preliminary step at the beginning process of designing Ankara and Izmir high speed railway project. Due to the fact that, it has been done train performance simulation and economic analysis of system. Further studies after this point should have to determine load flow analysis part and suitable signaling system according to passenger demand. Eventually, whole high speed railway system which can be called close to real system must be simulated with reliable simulation programs. Therefore, real time behavior of Ankara and Izmir high speed railway line can be observed in order to build the best railway line in terms of construction cost and operation.
