Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Bursa Orhaneli nikel yataklarından temsili olarak alınmış numune üzerinde zenginleştirme çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Özgül ağırlık farkına dayalı zenginleştirme yöntemleri, manyetik ayırma ve flotasyon deneyleri uygulanmış ve nikel zenginleşmesinin olmadığı görülmüştür. Fiziksel ve fizikokimyasal yöntemlerin sonuç vermemesi üzerine kimyasal zenginleştirme ön deneyleri yapılmış ve alınan başarılı sonuçlar sonucunda farklı parametreler denenerek en uygun liç koşulları bulunmuştur. Optimum çözündürme koşullarında 86,9% Ni ve 81,3% Co çözünme verimleri elde edilmiştir.
Bursa-Orhaneli region nickel ore which is the second largest ore deposit in Turkey was studied in this thesis. Gravity concentration, magnetic separation and flotation methods were applied to the raw ore and seen that physical and physicochemical concentration processes were not suitable for concentration of this ore. Preminary test results of chemicel concentration showed better results than other methods. At the end of the systematic leaching experiments optimum leaching ceonditions were found. According to the optimum leaching conditions; 86,9% Ni and 81,3% Co dissolution recoveries were obtained.
