dc.description.abstractIn this study, the power extraction from oscillating water column device is done by using three level active rectifier and three level inverter which is controlled by using NTV-SV-PWM method. The mid-point balancing of the DC-link is achieved by using a look-up table, aiming to improve the efficiency, the response time of the system and the quality of the power transferred to the grid.
