Ahşabın Yaşam Döngüsü Çerçevesinde Koruma Ve Onarım Metotlarının Analizi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, organik bir malzeme olan ahşabın korunmasında kullanılan koruma ve onarım metotlarının araştırılıp değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ahşabın bozunmasına neden olan faktörler konuları ele alınmış, yapılarda kullanılan ahşaba etki eden çeşitli abiyotik (kimyasal, termal, mekanik faktörler, açık hava etkileri) ve biyotik faktörler (bakteri, mantar, böcek, termit, deniz canlıları) incelenmiştir. Ahşap malzemenin korunmasında kullanılabilecek kimyasal, yapısal koruma ve onarım metotları anlatılmıştır. Kimyasal korumada kullanılan emprenye maddeleri ve metotları hakkında bilgiler verilmiş, metotların analizi yapılarak çizelgeler haline getirilmiştir. Yapısal koruma ve onarım metotlarında, ahşabın korunmasında alınabilecek bazı yapısal önlemlerden ve kullanılan onarım metotlarından bahsedilmiştir. Çalışma sonunda; ahşap koruma ve onarım süreçleri ile ahşapta çürüklük yapan mantar ve böceklerle mücadele süreçlerinin analizi yapılmış, ayrı ayrı akış çizelgeleri çıkarılmıştır.

In this study, it was aimed to research and evaluate the methods used for the protection and repair of wood, which is itself an organic material. The factors causing degradation of wood has been mentioned and various abiotic (chemical, thermal and mechanical factors, weathering) and biotic (bacteria, fungi, insect, termite, marine organisms) factors affecting the wood used in buildings have been examined. Chemical, architectural protection and repair methods which can be used in preservation of wood have been explained. Information is given regarding wood preservatives and treatment methods that are used for chemical protection, and an analysis of the methods have been made and converted into tables. In architectural protection and repair methods, information regarding some structural measures that can be taken to protect the wood and its repair methods were discussed. At the end of the study, the process of wood protection and repair, and processes of struggle against decay by fungi and wood-boring insects have been analysed and then presented as flowcharts, separately.
