Akıllı Binalardaki Tenkik-teknolojik Sistemler Ve Enerji İzleme Sisteminin Entegrasyonu

Abstract

Akıllı binalar kapsamında düşünebileceğimiz ticari binalar, orta ölçekli bir endüstri kuruluşunun toplam enerji tüketimine eşdeğer düzeyde bir tüketime sahiptirler. Özellikle enerji krizlerinden sonra tüm sektörlerde olduğu gibi binalarda da enerji tüketiminin etkili bir şekilde kontrol edilmesinin önemi ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu nedenle, kullanılan teknik ve teknolojik sistemlerin verimliliğin arttırılması, kontrolü ve merkezi bir enerji izleme sistemi kurulmasının önemi artmıştır. Bu çalışmada, akıllı binalardaki teknik ve teknolojik sistemlerinin yapısı, genel enerji tüketimindeki payları verilmektedir. Bunun yanında merkezi bir enerji izleme sisteminin enerji tüketimlerinin ve enerji kalitesinin belirlenmesindeki önemi de açıklanmaktadır. Bu amaçla akıllı binalarda enerji tüketen teknik sistemler detaylı olarak anlatılmış ve teknik sistemlerin kontrolü için gerekli olan bina otomasyon sisteminin yapısı ve günümüzde kullanılan en son teknolojilere de yer verilmiştir. Commercial buildings that we can think as intelligent buildings have an equivalence energy consumption with the total energy consumption of a middle degree industrial establishment. Especially after energy crisis, the importance of effectual control of energy consumption is understood in buildings as in all sectors. For this reason; to control and increase the efficiency of the technical and technological systems and to install energy monitoring system become more important. The structure and ratios of technical and technological systems in general energy consumption are given in this study. Moreover, the importance of determining energy consumptions and energy quality of a central energy monitoring system is revealed. For this purpose, technical systems that consume energy in intelligent buildings are explained in details and the structure of building automation system which is necessary for the control of technical systems and the recent technologies are also revealed.
