Türkiye’deki Kalıcı Prefabrike Konut Sistemlerinin Örnek Bazında Analizi Ve Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, ülkemizde çeşitli nüfus hareketlerine bağlı olarak ortaya çıkan büyük ölçüdeki konut açığın kapatılmasında büyük rolü olan prefabrike sistemlerle konut üreten firmaların, konut sorununun çözümü doğrultusunda, ülke ekonomik ve teknolojik düzeyine uygunluğunun değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Öncelikle konut, konutun tarihsel gelişimi, konut ihtiyacı, bu ihtiyacı doğuran sebepler, konut yapım teknolojileri, konut alanında endüstrileşme ve prefabrikasyona kısaca değinilmiştir. Çalışmada daha sonra değerlendirilmesi yapılacak olan kalıcı prefabrike konut üreten firmalar, firmaların prefabrike konut üretiminde kullandığı sistem, konut sisteminde yer alan elemanlar, malzemeler ve özellikleri analiz edilmiştir. Analizi yapılan kalıcı nitelikteki prefabrike konutları değerlendirmede; tasarım, kullanım ve yapıma yönelik kriterlerin –seçilerek– her bir firma ürününün bu kriterleri sağlama derecesinin mertebe-yaklaşık- olarak belirlenmesi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda firmaların değerlendirme kriterleri doğrultusunda olumlu ve olumsuz bulunan yönlerine değinilerek, önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

In this thesis, an appraisal is made about the convinience of firms that play a big role in meeting the deficit in residential housing occured with the increase of population in Turkey. First of all, residential housing, historical development of housing the reasons that causes the need for residential housing, and then construction technologies for residential housing are briefly mentioned. In the study, the firms which later would be apprasialed, producing prefabricated residential housing, the systems that these firms use for producing prefabricated residential housing and the members and materials and their properties are especially analised.used for prefabricated housing system. In the appraisal where prefabricated permanent residential housing is analised, the method of selecting criterias for design, usage, and construction and then determining the degree capability of the firms to fullfill these criterias, is used. Finally, suggestions are made after mentioning the positive and negative sides of the firms that are found according to the appriasal criterias of study.
