Maliyet + Kar Usulü İle Yapılan Bir Üniversite İnşaatında Lojistik Departmanı Ve Otomasyona Geçiş Sistemi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, maliyet + kar proje sözleşmesine sahip Üniversite Kampus yapımı çalışmasında, profesyonel proje yönetim sistemleri yardımıyla, Proje sözleşmesinden doğan prosedürler doğrultusunda Üniversite Projesi’ nde kurulmuş olan Lojistik Departmanı çalışmaları açıklanmış ve Departman çalışmalarını geliştirmek amacıyla ihtiyaca yönelik olarak tasarlanarak sisteme adapte edilen otomasyona geçiş sistemi, mevcut sisteme katkıları ile birlikte incelenmiştir. Kritik Stok ve Malzeme Maliyet Kontrol ile Departman prosedürleri otomasyonunu amaçlayan sistemin dizayn ve işletmeye alınması aşamalarında; Proje sözleşmesi, İnşaat Sektörü’ nün değişken yapısı ve insan faktörünün bu tip sistemlere etkisi görülmüş ve Sistem zaman içerisinde geliştirilerek etkin proje yönetim anlayışı doğrultusunda Lojistik Departmanı işleyişi içinde yerini almıştır. Otomasyon sistemlerinin İnşaat Sektörü’ ndeki gelişmesi ve gelecekte sağlayabileceği faydaları da ayrıca belirtilmiştir.

During this study, procedures merging from the cost + profit project contract and the activities of the Logistics Department will be discussed along with the automation system which is designed due to the desires of the Project and the modern project management systems, with the benefits of the automation system to the Logistics Department activities. The system mainly functions as a Critical Stock Level and Resorce Cost Control tool along with its Database, and during the design phase the importance of cost + profit profit project procurement system restricts, variables of Construction Industry and the effect of human factor is recognized to alter or revize the automation system due to specified needs of the Project or project management techniques. Also, the progress and future development of such automation systems through the Construction Industry is discussed.
