Teknoloji Tahmin Yöntemleri Ve Beyaz Eşya Sektöründe Bir Uygulama

Abstract

Teknoloji tahmini uzun dönemdeki teknolojik seviyenin ve bu seviyedeki teknolojinin etkilerinin incelemek için kullanılır. Diğer planlama tekniklerinden henüz üretilmemiş ürün ve yöntemleri tahmin etmesi yönüyle ayrılır. Çalışmanın amacı, firmaların, ürünlerinde kullanacakları teknolojileri belirlerken, bu teknolojilerin geleceğini görebilmek ve buna göre yatırımlarını ve kaynaklarını hangi teknolojiye ne kadar süre ayıracaklarını en doğru şekilde belirlemelerini sağlamaktır. Bu çalışmada teknoloji tahmin yöntemleri anlatıldıktan sonra kullanım alanlarına göre tekniklerin birbirlerine göre üstün ve zayıf yönleri tanımlanmıştır. Daha sonra beyaz eşya sektöründe buzdolaplarında yalıtım teknolojisi seçilerek, bu teknolojiye ait kullanılan ürünlerle ilgili patent verileri detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiştir. Her bir teknoloji için Pearl eğrisi ve teknoloji değişim modeli oluşturulmuştur. Oluşturulan bu modeller sonucunda da, kullanılan ve kullanılması planlanan teknolojiler için gelecek tahmini yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda, buzdolaplarında şu anda kullanılan teknolojilerin kaç yıl süreyle daha kullanılacağı ve piyasaya yeni bir ürünün ne zaman geleceği öngörüsü yapılmıştır.

Technological forecastiong is used for defining the long term technological level and the effects of this level of technology. It differs from other planning technics that it can predict the products and methods which have not produced yet. The aim of this work is to see the future of the technologies which the companies use in their products. Besides, helping to companies to determine to allocate the sources and investments to which technology and how long time. Technological forecasting is mostly used in research and development departments in companies. In this work, firstly technology and methods of technological forecasting will be described detailled. Then, isolation technology in white goods sector were chosen. Products in this technology, the performans criterions and the problem areas for this technologies will be defined. Later the best method were chosen. In the application two technology is studied carefully. Patent analysis is used for technology forecasting. Pearl curve and technology substitution model were created from patent analysis. From this models, forecasts were maden.
