Bir Toplu Üretim Planlama Modeli Ve Uygulaması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, 5 ayrı ürün ve 9 aylık bir dönem için talep tahminleri, kapasite ve stoklarla ilgili kısıtları olan bir toplu üretim planlama modeli oluşturularak hedef programlama yöntemi ile çözülmüştür. Toplu üretim planlama orta vadede genellikle 3 aydan 18 aya kadar değişen müşteri siparişleriyle tahmin edilen talebi kapasiteye eşleştirmeyle ilgilenir. Her ürün kategorisi için yakın gelecekteki belirsiz veya değişken talebi karşılayan toplu üretim seviyelerini belirlemeyi hedefler. Çalışmanın sonucunda hedef programlama yöntemi ile bulunan üretim miktarları, işletmenin tüm hedeflerini optimum düzeyde gerçekleştirecek miktarlardır.

In this study a mathematical programming model is created with subjects releated forecasts, capacity, and stocks for 5 product groups in 9 months periods and solved by goal programming. Aggregate production planning deals with matching capacity to demand of forecasted, varying customer orders over the medium term, often from 3 to 18 months in advance. It aims to set overall production levels for each product category to meet fluctuating or uncertain demand in the near future. In the end of this study, the production quantities that is obtained by solving goal programming optimize all the goals of organization.
