Tekstil Endüstrisinde Çevre Yönetim Sistemi Uygulaması

Abstract

Bu tezde, telstil endüstrisinde çevre yönetim sistemi uygulaması incelenmiştir. Bunun gerçekleştirilmesi için endüstride, üretim düzeni ve kaynak kullanımı incelenmiş; proses ve atık araştırması yapılmıştır. Bu çalışma sayesinde endüstrilerin çevre koruma hedeflerine ulaşmasına, mevcut yasa ve yönetmeliklere uyum ile bilimsel endüstriyel çevre yönetim sistemi uygulamalarına katkıda bulunulması hedeflenmiştir. Ayrıca, bu çalışmada tesislerde uygulanmakta olan çevre boyutları değerlendirmesi yöntemleri incelenerek tekstil endüstrisinde önemli çevre boyutları belirlenmiştir. Bunun için bir bilgisayar programından yararlanılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, çevre yönetim sistemlerinin incelenerek, tekstil endüstrisinde ki mevcut çevre yönetim sisteminin kaynak ve atık yönetimi esaslarına uygunluğunun incelenmesidir. Bu amaçlar doğrultusunda yapılan çalışmaların sonucunda çevre yönetim sistemine yönelik düzeltici ve iyileştirici faaliyetler ortaya konmuştur.

In this thesis, application of environmental management system on a textile industry is examined. To realize the purpose, production and resource usage was studied; process and waste surveys were performed. This study is aimed to support scientific industrial environmental management system applications, conformity to current legal and regulatory requirements and reaching the environmental protection targets. In addition, in this study, significant environmental aspects were identified by examining of assessment of environmental aspects methods in organizations. For this assessment a computer program was used. The objective of this study is examining the conformity of current environmental management system in the textile industry to the resource and waste management principals by examining the environmental management systems. As a result, in the line of the objectives, corrective and improvement actions are defined.
