Abstract
Bu tezde, ulaştırmanın tanımı yapıldıktan sonra, altyapının türüne göre ulaştırma sistemleri sıralanmıştır. Genel olarak ulaştırma sistemlerinin işletme, kolaylık, ekonomik ve estetik özellikleri açısından karşılaştırma esasları belirtilmiştir. İstatistiki açıdan yıllara göre ulaştırma sistemlerinin değerlendirilmeleri gösterilmiştir. Ayrıca, ulaştırma sistemleri bölümünde trafik kazaları işlenmiştir. Ulaştırma sistemlerinin çevreye olan etkileri incelenmiş, doğa ve insan üzerindeki olumsuz etkileri, hava kirliliği, gürültü, alan kullanımı, kazalar, tıkanıklık vs. değinilmiştir. İstanbul-Ankara şehirleri arası demiryolu geliştirme projelerinin çalışma planında öncelikle genel kalkınma planı ve ulaştırma master planları dikkate alınarak sosyo-ekonomik çatı oluşturulmuş, hedefler belirlenmiş, incelenecek ve irdelenecek alternatifler oluşturulup inşaat standartları belirlenerek, güzergahta uygulanacak geometrik ve fiziki standartlar tespit edilmiştir. İstanbul-Ankara arasındaki trafik hacimlerinin mevcut ulaşım modlarına düşen payları ve bu koridorun 1998 yılındaki ulaşım durumu ile ulaşım modları arası karşılaştırmalar yapılmıştır. Ayrıca, İstanbul-Ankara şehirlerinin nüfus etüdü yapılarak nüfus artışları ve gelecekteki tahmini nüfusları tablolarda gösterilmiştir. Ulaştırma sistemlerinin yolcu açısından incelenmesi bölümünde, yolcular için ulaştırma sistemlerinin konfor özellikleri, yolcu indirimleri, hareket sıklıkları ve yolcu ücretleri belirlenmiştir. Ülkemizde ulaştırmaya ayrılan pay içerisinde en büyük yer tutan kısmı karayolu olduğu, yüksek standartlı raylı sistemin yapılması ya da mevcut demiryolu güzergahının yenilenerek daha modern bir yapıya kavuşturulması ülke çıkarları açısından gerekli olduğu önemle vurgulanmıştır.
In this thesis, after the description of transportation, the transportation systems were listed according to the type of infrastructure used. The basic of such comparison with regard to transportation systems’ operation, being convenient, economic and aesthetic in general is given. The evaluation of the transportation systems from statistical point of view with respect to years was made. Further, within the transportation systems section, traffic accidents were mentioned. The effects of the transportation systems on the nature, human being, including air pollution, noise, space occupation, accidents, traffic jams etc. were also considered. In the study of İstanbul-Ankara inter-city railway development project, a socio-economic frame was pictured out and the objectives were created. After these efforts, construction standards were determined and the geometric and physical standards to be in the route were out. The shares of the traffic volumes between İstanbul and Ankara in the existing transportation modes, and the transportation status and modes were compared. Further, a population study on İstanbul and Ankara was made and the population increases and the estimated future population were tabulated. The transportation systems used between İstanbul and Ankara, the comfort features of the transportation systems for the passengers, passenger discounts, displacement frequencies and passenger changes were given. It was noted that the motorway transportation has the greatest share in the transportation and that the construction of high standard rail system or restoration of existing railway lines would be very rational for the sake of Turkey’s.
