| dc.description.abstract | Her gün biraz daha karmaşıklaşan gündelik yaşam, boş zaman aktiviteleri ve kalabalıklaşan şehirlerdeki bireylerin yemek alışkanlıkları geçmişten daha farklı. Bu doğrultuda tezin amacı; günümüzde bireyin değişen yemek alışkanlıkları ile buna paralel olarak değişen yemek mekanlarının ilişkisini keşfetmek ve kavramlarla yorumlamaktır. Çalışmanın analiz edilebilmesi için mekansal örgütlenme açısından önemli olduğu düşünülen Kanyon Alışveriş Merkezi seçilmiştir. Kanyon AVM'nin yemek ile ilişkisi; "Rutin", "Ritüel" ve "Rastlantı" kavramları ile ele alınmıştır. Kavramlar yemek ve mekan ilişkisinin keşfinde yaratıcı bağlar kurmak için önemli bir rol üstlenebilir ve bu sayede yemek mekanlarının gündelik hayatımızda nasıl bir tüketim unsuru olduğu farklı bir bakış açısı ile ele alınabilir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The daily life which becomes more complicated every day, leisure activities and the eating habits getting crowded cities are different from the past. The aims of this thesis are to explore the relation between changing eating habits of people and changing eating spaces. The relation of space with food has been discussed on the basis of 3 main concepts which are "Routine", "Ritual" and " Coincidence". Within this conceptual perspective, the diversity of the spaces in which space, gets in touch with food and the possibilities of social encountering which is created by this diversity have been expressed. | |
